Our property Management Department screens all applicants and will submit to you for your consideration only the best applicants. Ultimately you are in control of your investment and you make the final decision.

Our responsibilities to you are:

• Assess the property and advise a Rental opinion
• Interview perspective applicants
• Check references and screen applicants tactfully rejecting applicants who would not qualify or meet your requirements
• Present the successful applicants to you for approval

Our Responsibilities don't end with finding an appropriate tenant, once your property is occupied, we follow-up with:

• Ensuring the rent is paid on time
• Depositing rent directly to your account each month
• Conducting regular property inspections, reporting back to you after each inspection advising the condition of the property
• Monitoring the maintenance requirements of your property. Notifying you of any repairs before they are carried out
• Addressing issues with the tenants when they arise and
• Paying your Land and Water Rates as they fall due
• Supplying you with a detailed statement at the end of each and every month
• Providing you with a Profit and Loss statement at the end of each year if required
